· Our Classic collection of mills feature a ceramic multi-purpose mechanism that is suitable to grind peppercorns, salt and dry herbs.
· Select & Set mill collection have a unique aspect in that the adjustment of the grind of the ceramic mechanism is done at the base of the mill with a simple rotation of the adjustment ring. This process places less stress on the base of the mill and thus prevents against potential breakage of the base.
· All salt mills in our collections are made with a durable ceramic mechanism which will not corrode or rust over time.
· Connoisseur wood mill collection are made in Germany and have a unique technology called HELICOIL that prevents the adjustment knob from coming loose ensuring the grind setting does not change during use.
· Connoisseur salt mills (both wood & acrylic) grind salt crystals to a powdery fine consistency with incredible output.
· Our Smart Turn collection of mills keep tabletops free of spills. Twist the acrylic body to grind spice. Stop twisting and the base shuts automatically.
