The Stoneware developed by Porto Brasil is a sustainable and innovative material with an exclusive formula produced with raw materials of the highest quality, combining what is most technological in the ceramic world, where the common thread is the artisanship of our team, delivering in addition to products with a high mechanical strength, and thermal shock, parts with personality and unique.
High Mechanical Resistance:
The combination of the best raw materials, together with a unique burning process and manual finishing, delivers a product with superior characteristics in terms of quality and resistance.
Food Safe:
All products manufactured in Stoneware Porto Brasil comply with the world's main food safety regulations, regarding the release of cadmium lead.
Manual Finishing:
The artisanship, combined with the technology of equipment and processes, deliver products with a contemporary design and organic forms, where we seek to combine aesthetics and functionality, producing UNIQUE products, where changes in shapes, reliefs, color variations and small imperfections are not considered defects, but characteristic effects of the products, and show its originality and authenticity.
Sustainability:
Products made from Stoneware are environmentally friendly, made from natural, non-polluting raw materials;
The use of high-quality raw materials in the formulation of Stoneware ensures a product with high mechanical strength and longer life, a factor that minimizes our ecological footprint;
During the production process of Stoneware, we reuse a percentage of the clay and glaze. The clay that is not reused in the process is destined to companies that we have strategic partnerships with, which reuse these materials in their production process, reducing the use of energy and natural resources;
We also reuse the heat generated by our furnaces in the process, which contributes to a better energy efficiency;
We have a closed system for water use, that is, we treat the water and use it in the process again; Our furnaces use natural gas as fuel, a factor that reduces the emission of pollutant gases into the atmosphere.
